Service area and Rates

I provide handyman and engineering services within the highlighted region. Limiting myself to this area allows me to spend less time in transit and more time doing high-quality work in my community.

I believe the cost of any job should be fair and transparent. My rates for services are listed below:

Handyman services - $85 per hour

• $50 call-out fee, waived for any accepted job

  • No call-out fee for residents of Moss Hill!

• 2 hour minimum

  • Have quick jobs? Make a list! I am happy to provide multiple services within a single visit.

• Includes the cost of basic consumables (fasteners, lubricants, adhesives, etc.)

• Job-specific supplies billed at cost (e.g. manufacturer’s replacement parts)

Engineering services - Contact for quote

• Ideation, design, fabrication, and installation available

• Pricing will depend on project size, complexity, and materials

• Quote includes site prep and cleanup unless specifically stated

I accept cash, checks, Venmo, and major credit cards.
